StockSwype is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using this App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this App.

2. Not Financial Advice

StockSwype is an informational and educational tool only. Nothing in this App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content, including stock data, news, quizzes, and recommendations, is provided for general informational purposes only.

You should always consult a qualified financial advisor, broker, or other licensed professional before making any investment decisions. Past performance of any financial instrument is not indicative of future results. StockSwype accepts no responsibility for any financial decisions you make based on information provided by the App.

3. Accuracy of Information

Market data, stock prices, and financial news are sourced from third-party providers (including Finnhub and Yahoo Finance) and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. StockSwype makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information displayed in the App.

You acknowledge that financial markets are inherently unpredictable and that information in the App should not be used as the sole basis for any financial decision.

4. User Accounts

To use StockSwype, you must sign in using a valid email address and password, or via Google. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

You agree not to use StockSwype for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate any person or entity, to interfere with the App's operation, or to engage in any activity that could harm other users or StockSwype.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users, StockSwype, or third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and materials within StockSwype are the exclusive property of StockSwype or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the App without our prior written permission.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

If StockSwype offers premium features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, the following applies:

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective payment terms
• Subscription pricing and billing intervals will be clearly disclosed before purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's App Store account settings
• Refunds are handled in accordance with the App Store's or Google Play's refund policies

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StockSwype and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StockSwype is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as required by law.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. StockSwype is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notice or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of StockSwype after revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
